With a modest budget and holiday accommodation in mind, the renovation focused on using the budget to make the entire cottage feel considered, no area was left untouched but as much as possible was restored and refreshed rather than replaced. Layout changes made for an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with new access to the backyard.
